Congressional Medals of Honor Awarded by President William Jefferson Clinton - Yoshio Muranaga, on behalf of his brother, Pfc. Kiyoshi K. Muranaga, receives the Medal of Honor from President Bill Clinton in today's ceremony at the White House. Muranaga, of the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, used a mortar with such accuracy and intensity that the Germans withdrew an 88mm antitank gun in Suvereto, Italy, on June 26, 1944.
